Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide Viewing Room network. Sleep Guides provide an immersive, high-end showroom experience, becoming product experts who help guests select mattresses and bedding.

You’ll engage customers in person, answer questions, and demonstrate Saatva’s luxury range. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; willing to train.
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team.
• Well-organized with multitasking and a commitment to quality results.
• Comfortable using personal computers and navigating multiple platforms.
