Job summary

Boll & Branch is seeking a Retail Client Advisor to guide customers through the shopping journey with genuine hospitality and personalized recommendations. This full-time role is based at Old Orchard Center in Skokie, IL, offering opportunities to contribute to store performance and customer experience through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.

You will learn our products, assist in in-home services, and collaborate with teammates to deliver memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail sales experience in luxury, specialty, home furnishings, hospitality, or related environments.
Passion for hospitality and building meaningful customer relationships.
Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or personalized service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude with rapport-building ability.
Strong organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) and POS systems.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
