Boll & Branch in Edina, MN is seeking a Retail Client Advisor to deliver elevated hospitality and assist customers across in-store, virtual, and in-home design consultations.

Build relationships, meet sales goals, maintain visuals, and support daily store operations with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Eligible for hourly pay plus a monthly bonus based on store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury/home furnishings or hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or delivering personalized customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to build rapport and engage customers naturally.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets), POS systems, and other retail technology.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform in-home services.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

• Assist customers in designing spaces based on sleeping habits and lifestyle.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while contributing to store performance.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to expand sales through education and cross-selling.
• Participate in store events and designer partnerships to strengthen brand presence.
• Maintain guest-ready store visuals and support daily operations.
• Execute merchandising direction and protect store assets.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Participate in in-home appointments and installations as needed.
• Provide thoughtful product recommendations for space design and sleep needs.
• Ensure design consultations reflect elevated hospitality and attention to detail.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
