Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience in luxury or hospitality-related settings.
• Passion for hospitality and building meaningful customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or delivering personalized service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated hospitality and personalized recommendations to customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Keep the store guest-ready with brand-aligned visuals and operations.
• Participate in in-home design consultations and installations.
• Maintain flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
