Boll & Branch is seeking a Seasonal Retail Client Advisor (Part-Time) for its Town Center location in Boca Raton, FL. The role focuses on hospitality, consultative selling, and creating memorable shopping experiences, including in-store, virtual, and in-home design consultations.

You will build lasting customer relationships, learn Boll & Branch products, and support store performance while maintaining brand standards and engaging with the local community.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of retail sales experience in luxury, specialty, or customer-focused environments.
• Passion for hospitality and building meaningful customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or personalized service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with rapport-building and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with Google Workspace and retail tech.
