Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably in specialty or luxury retail, home furnishings or hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality and building meaningful customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or delivering personalized service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to engage customers naturally.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, POS systems, and other retail tech.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and authentic hospitality.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and educate customers on Boll & Branch offerings.
• Support in-store, virtual, and in-home design consultations.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and safety standards.
• Assist in in-home appointments and installations when needed.
