Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of on-site luxury retail or high-end customer service experience.
• Strong communication and ability to connect with customers.
• Professional appearance and presentation suited to luxury environment.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems, preferably Shopify.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and events.
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced coursework in design, fashion, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide customers through collections with knowledge of fabrics and care.
• Offer personalized styling recommendations to build cohesive bedroom and bath collections.
• Maintain a beautifully presented showroom and assist with inventory.
• Process transactions accurately using Shopify POS.
• Support visual merchandising and uphold luxury standards.
