Job summary

Peacock Alley, Inc. is seeking a warm, polished Retail Sales Associate for our Dallas showroom. You will guide customers through luxury linens, provide styling recommendations, and maintain an immaculate, organized store environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in on-site retail or luxury brand settings, strong communication skills, and a passion for beautiful home products. Ability to work weekends/holidays is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• On-site retail or customer service experience required, luxury/home décor is a plus.
• Professional presentation suited to a luxury environment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide styling recommendations to build coordinated bedroom and bath collections.
• Maintain a beautifully presented store and stock merchandise; assist with inventory counts.
• Process transactions accurately using Shopify POS and handle inquiries with grace.
