Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Plano, TX to deliver an elevated shopping experience and achieve personal and store sales goals. This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The successful candidate will have 1+ year of sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required. Knowledge of live-stream shopping is a plus.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
