Peacock Alley, Inc. is seeking a warm, polished Retail Outlet Sales Associate for our Dallas outlet store. You will be a trusted style advisor, guiding customers through our luxury linens and collections with expertise in fabrics, care, and design pairings.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, relationship building with repeat clients, and achieving sales goals while maintaining an immaculate showroom and a hospitality-forward experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in on-site luxury retail or high-end customer service.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with POS and basic computer tools.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and events.
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; design/hospitality coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism befitting a luxury brand.
• Guide customers through collections with knowledge of fabrics, care, and design pairings.
• Offer personalized styling recommendations to build cohesive bedroom and bath collections.
• Cultivate relationships with repeat clientele through attentive follow-up.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through consultative selling.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and inquiries with grace and professionalism.
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system (Shopify).
• Become an expert on Peacock Alley's product lines, materials, and seasonal collections.
• Share the brand's heritage and craftsmanship story naturally.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain showroom standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment at all times.
• Receive, tag, and stock merchandise; assist with inventory counts.
• Process special orders and communicate timelines to customers.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and adhere to loss prevention policies.
