Job summary

Coach in Plano (Legacy West) is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, meet sales goals, and support store operations. You will build client relationships, provide fashion guidance, and drive sales through cross-selling and personalization.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, strong English proficiency, and comfort with POS systems, iPad devices, and mobile shopping tools. Part-time hours with a flexible schedule are expected.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use.
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Support daily store operations including cash wrap, stock movement, and replenishment.
