You will act as a central liaison between clients, the showroom team, and vendors, ensuring a polished, luxury-brand experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with 1–2 years in retail, showroom, design, or client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in retail, showroom, design, or client service; luxury brand experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound client inquiries.
• Greet clients and provide a welcoming showroom experience.
• Assist clients in showroom and via phone/email.
• Support sales with quotes, order entry, and ongoing order management.
• Coordinate freight logistics and track orders.
