Allied Maker is seeking a polished Assistant Showroom Manager for its Tribeca showroom. The role focuses on welcoming clients, guiding them through the collection, and supporting the Client Strategy team to move projects forward.

The position emphasizes warmth, judgment, and a refined eye for luxury design. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in client-facing environments; luxury retail or showroom experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a polished, client-facing environment.
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, showrooms, galleries, or design is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural ability to make clients feel welcomed, understood, and well cared for.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Reliable follow-through and the discipline to close loops.
• Calm under pressure when working with discerning clients and complex timelines.
• Genuine curiosity about design, materials, craftsmanship, and how things are made.
• Strong judgment about when to act independently and when to seek guidance.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls and general inquiries answered with warmth, composure, and clarity.
• Represent Allied Maker with a luxury design studio voice and tone.
• Escort showroom visitors and guide clients through the collection.
• Coordinate appointments, refreshments, and transitions between visits.
• Maintain a polished showroom, ready for clients at all times.
• Support CRM updates and client follow-ups for ongoing projects.
• Assist with sample requests, shipments, and related operational tasks.
