Job summary

Brilliant Earth is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator for our Seattle, WA showroom. This in-person role supports daily showroom operations, greets customers, and assists with fulfillment and inventory management to ensure a premium shopping experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-like environment, communicates effectively, and maintains an organized, luxurious showroom setting. The position follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for customers during showroom visits.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm, warmth and professionalism.
• Send/receive product from NJ HQ and reconcile inventory in the system.
• Facilitate order fulfillment and manage packaging area.
• Maintain luxury showroom environment and merchandising standards.
• Schedule pick-ups, resizing, and repairs; assist walk-in clients.
• Enforce policies in waiting area to ensure a safe, pleasant experience.
