Brilliant Earth is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant Manager for our Santa Monica showroom. You will lead a team of Concierges, Customer Experience Assistants, and Jewelry Consultants to deliver a luxury customer experience and achieve sales targets.

The role is full-time, in-person in Santa Monica, with a target budget of $72.4k, and a schedule from Sunday to Thursday. You will recruit, mentor, and optimize showroom operations and customer care to grow both the business and your team.

Qualifikationen

• BA degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales.
• Robust CRM software experience.
• Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products.
• Commitment to respect and inclusion in the workplace.

Aufgaben

• Assist in recruiting and managing a Customer Experience team in a fast-paced environment, focused on achieving sales targets, team KPIs, and providing a luxury experience to customers.
• Maintain an efficient showroom and office, ensuring high customer service standards.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions, such as diamond options and custom designs.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and live chat, upholding high standards.
• Conduct in-person appointments to present jewelry in the private showroom.
