Job summary

Brilliant Earth in Fairfax, VA is seeking a full-time showroom associate to greet customers, guide purchasing decisions, and uphold our luxury service standards in person.

You’ll handle high volumes of sales inquiries, coordinate showroom operations, and collaborate with teammates to exceed goals while delivering a memorable brand experience. Weekend availability is required, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize ERP/CRM system to track tasks, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Assist with post-sale service and customer follow-up to build lasting relationships.
