Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences and a welcoming showroom environment.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Send/receive product from NJ HQ and vendors; reconcile inventory in system.
• Facilitate order fulfillment and packaging; manage inventory and packaging area.
• Maintain showroom security and enforce operational policies.
• Uphold luxury visual merchandising standards and planogram updates.
• Manage appointments for pick-ups, resizing, and repairs.
• Assist walk-in clients by connecting with sales reps or scheduling returns.
• Ensure continuous improvement of customer experience and support for sales team.
• Enforce waiting room policies to ensure a safe, pleasant experience.
