Brilliant Earth is seeking a part-time Jewelry Consultant for our Seattle, WA showroom. You will guide customers through in-person and virtual appointments, phones, and live-chat, delivering luxury service while achieving sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through the purchase journey via appointments, walk-ins, and live chat.
• Manage high volume of inquiries by phone, email, and chat to meet revenue targets.
• Greet and assist customers in the purchasing process, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Assist and educate customers returning for pickups, exchanges, or resizing.
• Confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review feedback to continuously improve service and sales performance.
• Enforce showroom policies to ensure safety and product security.
• Open/close showroom and use ERP system to manage tasks.
