Brilliant Earth in Seattle, WA is seeking a Jewelry Consultant to guide customers through the lifecycle of the sale across in-person and virtual appointments, phones, and live chat. You will help clients find their best jewelry match from our luxury collection while aiming to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

This full-time, in-person role requires weekend availability and a passion for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering luxury customer experiences and driving sales.
• Ability to manage high volume inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Comfort working in-person at a showroom and weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Manage high volume inbound sales leads via email, live chat, and phones to meet revenue targets.
• Proactively greet and assist customers in the purchasing process, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for pick-ups, exchanges, and other inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback and online reviews to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Enforce showroom policies to ensure a safe and pleasant environment and protect product security.
• Open/close the showroom and waiting area.
• Use ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate and promote Brilliant Earth’s mission.
