Brilliant Earth is hiring a Retail Operations Coordinator for our West Loop showroom in Chicago. This full-time, in-person role runs Tuesday through Saturday, focusing on delivering personalized customer experiences and supporting showroom operations.

You will greet guests, manage inventory and order fulfillment, and help maintain a luxurious, well-merchandised environment while coordinating with sales and vendors. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for customers and provide exceptional service in the showroom.
• Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Send and receive product from NJ HQ and external vendors while reconciling inventory.
• Facilitate order fulfillment, including preparing and packaging materials and maintaining inventory.
• Maintain showroom luxury environment and update planograms, decor, signage, and merchandising.
• Manage appointments for pickups, resizing, and repairs and assist walk-in clients.
