Brilliant Earth is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant (Jewelry Stylist) for our Denver, CO showroom. This full-time, in-person role requires weekend availability and a focus on delivering a luxury, personalized customer experience.

You will guide customers through diamond and jewelry choices, meet sales targets, and support showroom maintenance and brand standards. Ideal candidates are customer-obsessed, goal-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-touch customer service in a luxury retail setting.
• Reliable in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced showroom.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sales strategies to guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Proactively greet and assist customers to create a memorable experience.
• Guide customers toward purchases and achieve individual and team goals.
• Handle high volume of sales inquiries via live chat, phone, and in-store.
• Develop product knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, and resizing.
• Open/close showroom and assist with showroom management.
• Maintain showroom appearance and organization per guidelines.
• Act as a brand advocate supporting a sustainable jewelry mission.
