Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail, premium furniture, interior design, architecture, or related field.
• Experience managing a showroom or client-facing sales team.
• CRM, pipelines, KPIs, forecasting, and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, decorators, dealers, developers, and buyers.
• Drive showroom sales performance and achieve commercial objectives.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including leads, quotations, client visits, and follow-up.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Guarantee a best-in-class luxury showroom experience and hospitality.
• Collaborate with Marketing to increase showroom traffic and engagement.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance and conversion.
• Ensure showroom administration and reporting are completed accurately and efficiently.
