Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail service experience.
• Knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition.
• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and communicate effectively with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through clienteling and building long-term relationships.
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and action plans to develop selling and service skills.
• Manage daily operational tasks including sales, service, and showroom standards.
• Forecast, plan and manage payroll and staffing needs.
• Support recruitment and retention efforts and lead alongside showroom leadership.
• Maintain and cascade product knowledge and trends to the broader team.
