Qualifications

• 5 years’ inside/outside sales experience in a showroom, retail, or design firm.
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales management role within a high-end luxury brand environment.
• Strong track record in client relationship management and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom operations to uphold luxury brand standards.
• Manage budgets and client escalations while hosting industry events.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through structured plans.
