Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of luxury furniture or high-end design sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network within the A&D community is a plus.
• Passion for design, aesthetics, and luxury environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships with architects, interior designers, and trade professionals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the client base.
• Deliver high-touch luxury client experiences from initial contact to project completion.
• Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain showroom standards reflecting Cassina’s heritage.
• Host and support in-store design events to drive traffic.
• Grow a client portfolio using CRM tools and outreach.
• Track leads, interactions, and sales activities accurately.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and business insights with leadership.
