The role requires 2+ years in a luxury services setting, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort with a hybrid work model. CRM experience and a professional brand image are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a luxury services environment.
• Understand high-end customer experience and brand image.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in a hybrid setting.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service through client inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Support Showroom Inside and Outside teams for territory needs.
• Resolve client issues with client assurance for satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to process orders timely.
• Generate weekly reports and follow up on shipments to reduce delays.
