Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is seeking a sales support professional to assist with customer contact, vendor coordination, and internal satisfaction goals in our in-office environment with occasional remote days. You will handle quotes, orders, stock checks, and lead times, supporting projects from start to finish and ensuring timely communication with internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and comfort with fabric products, with college degree

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
Customer focused.
Deadline and detail focused.
Strong computer skills.
Experience with fabric preferred.
Experience with processing payments and deposits.
College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for sales support with customer contact, interface with outside vendors and coordination of internal customer satisfaction.
Perform administrative duties in support of the company’s sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Provide support to customers from start to finish, proposal, scheduling, and coordination with timelines of all entities through project completion.
Check stock, reserves, and sends samples for rugs and wall coverings.
Write quotes and orders, advise lead times, work with internal departments to complete projects.
