Job summary

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Dallas flagship showroom in the Design District. The role focuses on engaging clients in person and remotely, understanding design needs, and guiding them through quotes and orders.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of inside sales experience with order processing and deposits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients in person, via phone, email and online platforms to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate on interiors projects, including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Create detailed and accurate sales quotes detailing products, quantities, and pricing with timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, quotes and client interactions in Salesforce.
• Strive to achieve and exceed showroom sales goals.
• Collaborate as a team to generate new clients and cultivate sales.
