Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to support domestic showrooms with sales and operations. The role is a full-time position based in Dallas, TX, with hybrid flexibility, focusing on delivering exceptional luxury client service, accurate quotes, and efficient order processing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury services, strong CRM and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining a high professional

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a luxury services environment.
• Understand high-end customer experience and reflect a professional brand image.
• Solid analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for exemplary service.
• Experience interacting with a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service in client interactions, inquiries, quotes, and orders with timely resolution.
• Support Showroom Inside and Outside teams with territory needs and product/process knowledge.
• Assist in resolving client issues with the client assurance team to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate order processing.
• Participate in team meetings and activities contributing to team success.
• Generate weekly reports and follow up on orders to reduce delays.
