Mountain Land Design Inc is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our Jackson, WY showroom. This full-time, in-office role focuses on delivering a premium client experience, greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and supporting sales with order and service coordination.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor. Training and a collaborative work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality, retail, showroom, or admin roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors to provide a luxury showroom experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for walk-in inquiries and showroom traffic.
• Maintain tracking for walk-ins, orders, and pickups in the ERP system.
• Direct phone calls, manage leads, and support the sales team.
• Keep showroom organized and presentable; assist with events as needed.
