Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. seeks a Showroom Sales Coordinator for our Glendale Heights, IL Showroom. You will welcome visitors, gather initial information, and convey details to the team to aid the path-to-purchase.

The role involves coordinating showroom events and handling administrative duties to maintain a premium experience. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service in a luxury setting, strong communication skills, and a polished professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or reception in a high-end setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and quick thinker.
• Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients upon arrival, manage showroom flow and walk-in/appointment traffic.
• Manage showroom phone line, confirm appointments, and schedule consultations.
• Coordinate and prepare events, RSVP lists, attendance, setup and execution.
• Administration – ensure product literature is stocked; liaise with Corporate on updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
