You’ll manage front desk operations, curate a hospitality experience worthy of our brand, and support the Operations team with day-to-day details that keep the firm running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in office administration, hospitality, luxury retail, or a client-facing role.
• Polished, professional presence with excellent communication.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and curated, memorable moments.
• Strong organizational skills with discretion to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and routing calls.
• Create a welcoming environment across the Great Room, conference rooms, and entertaining spaces.
• Curate hospitality for client meetings, events, and tours (catering to details).
• Support Operations with calendar management, travel, CRM updates, and admin tasks.
• Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers to keep the HQ running smoothly.
• Assist with planning and execution of WRJ and Stags Landing events.
