Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury or high-end retail.
• Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.

• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Strong proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and standard IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing showroom sales team
• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience from initial inquiry through follow-up
• Drive sales performance, leads, quotes, and monthly objectives
• Build relationships and business with designers, developers, hotels, brokers, and other industry professionals
• Partner with Marketing on showroom events and business development initiatives
• Oversee merchandising, product presentation, pricing, inventory, and showroom displays
• Ensure accurate sales orders, inventory allocation, supplier orders, and administrative processes
• Coordinate ongoing product training and team performance meetings
