California Closets is seeking a Customer Liaison to assist customers and provide an exceptional brand experience in the Mill Valley showroom. You will schedule appointments, respond to calls and emails, and support the Design Consultants with centralized scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in home renovations/ luxury brand environment
• Associates Degree related to business administration / accounting preferred
• Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred
• Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to manage own schedule in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional client experience aligned to company values and standards

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments efficiently and in detail for Design Consultants
• Answer calls and emails to local scheduling offices/showrooms and address client needs
• Coordinate with Central Scheduling and update team on consultations accuracy
• Greet showroom visitors, sign guestbook and offer refreshments as needed
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and perform opening/closing duties
• Assist with CAD-related add-on orders and other clerical tasks as needed
• Support Sales Manager with ongoing education and training of Design Consultants
• May handle accounts receivable tasks depending on business size
