Job summary

California Closets in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Customer Liaison to assist customers and deliver an exceptional brand experience. You will schedule appointments via phone, email, or showroom visits, and serve clients in our showroom.

Responsibilities include greeting showroom guests, maintaining the CRM, coordinating with design consultants and management, and ensuring accurate and timely communications throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in construction and/or home renovations/improvement, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
• Associates Degree related to business administration / accounting from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ability to communicate politely, clearly and professionally with clients.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately data entry.
• Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, and ability to manage own schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc)

Responsibilities

• Completes appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner for our Design Consultants, using the CRM.
• Answers incoming phone calls & emails to either the local scheduling office or local showrooms and address client needs.
• Directs client issues, concerns, and/or complaints to management team while working with designers and management to resolve.
• Welcomes showroom visitors, assists guests with signing in and offers refreshments as needed.
• Maintains showroom cleanliness and opening/closing duties as directed by leadership.
• Provides customer communication support related to installations, confirmations, and return visits.
• Coordinates with Centralized Scheduling and communicates daily about consultations scheduling accuracy.
