Job summary

California Closets is seeking a Customer Liaison in Mill Valley, CA to provide an exceptional brand experience by assisting customers and efficiently scheduling appointments via phone, email, or showroom visits. This role supports the Design Consultants and interacts with the Central Scheduling team to ensure accurate consultations.

The position offers health insurance, PTO, a 401K with company match, a 40-hour week with potential overtime, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience of administrative and/or customer service experience in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry - preferably within a luxury brand environment
• Associates Degree related to business administration / accounting from an accredited college or university preferred
• Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete appointment scheduling for Design Consultants efficiently and accurately
• Handle incoming calls and emails to the scheduling office or showrooms and address client needs
• Collaborate with Central Scheduling and communicate issues with consultations scheduling
• Greet showroom visitors, assist guests with signing the guestbook, and offer refreshments
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and perform opening/closing duties
• Assist with administrative tasks including CAD orders and social media support
• Support Sales Manager with ongoing education and training of Design Consultants with Central Scheduling
• May handle accounts receivable tasks based on business size
