Job summary

California Closets is seeking a Customer Liaison to assist customers and deliver an exceptional brand experience. This role focuses on efficient appointment scheduling via phone, email, or showroom visits, while maintaining a premium service standard.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, coordinating with design consultants, and ensuring showroom presentation meets brand guidelines. A 1–2 year background in admin or luxury home renovations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in home renovations or luxury brand environment.
• Associates Degree in business administration / accounting preferred.
• Ability to communicate politely, clearly and professionally with clients.
• Ability to data entry quickly and accurately.
• Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred.
• Self-starter with positive attitude; able to manage own schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech savvy with CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Completes appointment scheduling in an efficient, detailed manner for Design Consultants using CRM.
• Answers calls & emails to local scheduling offices or showrooms and addresses client needs.
• Directs client issues to management while collaborating with designers for resolutions.
• Greet visitors in showroom, assist with guestbook sign-in, and offer refreshments.
• Maintains showroom per leadership direction, including opening/closing duties.
• Provides customer communication support related to installations, confirmations, and returns.
• Collaborates with Centralized Scheduling to ensure accurate consultations.
