Job summary

Wheely is redefining premium transportation in major cities across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. As a US Trainer, you will own and protect the quality of Wheely's service, designing, delivering, and refining training content for our chauffeur fleet.

Work closely with local operations and global headquarters to elevate service standards, ensuring five-star experiences as the business grows. This role blends luxury hospitality with hands-on operational leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering training to experienced professionals.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing luxury environment.
• Ability to coach, influence, and challenge others with trust.
• Hands-on training style with direct coaching.
• Interest in luxury vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end training of Wheely chauffeurs, ensuring a consistently flawless, five-star luxury experience.
• Deliver engaging and practical training to experienced professionals.
• Adapt and localise Wheely's global training content to meet local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build and maintain a strong feedback loop between training, quality, operations, and customer support.
• Partner with peers in other regions to share best practices and raise global service standards.
• Act as a guardian of Wheely's luxury positioning, ensuring service quality remains consistently high as the business grows.
