Job summary

Wheely is accelerating its US rollout and seeks a Founding US Launcher. This highly mobile role has no fixed office location; over 6-18 months, you’ll move between key US markets, leading each new market launch from the ground up.

Responsibilities include launching new US markets, recruiting chauffeurs, and establishing operations that deliver premium customer experiences from day one. You’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support and the executive team to coordinate launches.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment (Tech startups, Management Consulting, Investment Banking).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Economics, Business or related quantitative discipline from a leading university.
Strong analytical skills and ownership mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence partners.
Eligibility to work in the US or obtain an E-2 visa (for eligible UK citizens) and willingness to travel.
Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational launch of new US markets.
Build local supply by recruiting, onboarding and developing chauffeurs who meet Wheely's service standards.
Establish operational processes that ensure new markets deliver a premium customer experience from day one.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and the executive team to coordinate market launches.
