Job summary

Wheely is seeking a US Trainer to own the quality of service across the chauffeur fleet and to design, deliver, and refine training content with local operations and our global HQ. This hands-on role drives assessments and service quality, elevating Wheely’s standards in the US.

You will leverage luxury hospitality expertise to coach, train, and support chauffeurs, ensuring consistency and an exceptional passenger experience. Visa sponsorship is not required for this US-based role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering high-quality group or classroom training to experienced professionals.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing luxury environment, such as five-star hospitality or premium aviation.
• Ability to coach, influence, and challenge others while maintaining trust and credibility.
• Hands-on training approach with ability to work directly with individuals to improve performance.
• Passion for luxury vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Training & Standards: Own the end-to-end training of Wheely chauffeurs, ensuring a flawless five-star luxury experience and adaption of content to local needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Build feedback loops between training, quality, operations and customer support; share best practices regionally.
• Guardian of Luxury Positioning: Maintain Wheely's luxury service standards as the business grows.
