Job summary
Wheely, the premium transportation platform, is seeking a Founding US Launcher to lead the rollout across major US markets from ground up. This highly mobile role has no fixed office and will move between cities over 6–18 months, recruiting chauffeurs and building local operations.
You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, and the executive team, owning market launches, processes, and exceptional customer experiences while traveling extensively in the US.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in fast-paced, analytical environments such as tech startups, consulting, or investment banking.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Economics, Business or related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Relentless ownership with urgency in ambiguity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Eligibility to work in the US or obtain an E-2 visa; willingness to travel extensively; English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational launch of new US markets.
- Build local supply by recruiting and onboarding chauffeurs meeting Wheely's service standards.
- Establish processes to deliver premium customer experience from day one.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and executives to ensure successful launches.
