Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service guests and create a seamless, luxury-level service experience.
• Document repair and maintenance needs accurately and coordinate with technicians.
• Greet guests and review vehicle concerns, recommend services, and prepare repair orders.
• Provide updates, explain findings, obtain approvals, and communicate pricing and timelines.
• Work with technicians, parts, warranty, and management to ensure smooth dispatch and workflow.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, service sales, and department performance.
• Maintain attention to detail and adapt to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
