You will greet guests, review concerns, recommend maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, and prepare accurate repair orders while maintaining trust and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership/service environment and ability to translate concerns into repair instructions.
• Excellent communication with customers, technicians, and management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repair orders and documentation.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service guests and ensure a luxury-level service experience.
• Document repair needs accurately and coordinate with technicians and internal teams.
• Greet guests, review concerns, and recommend maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and provide pricing, timelines, and completion status.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts, warranty, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and service sales.
