KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Customer interaction: Greeting customers, listening to their vehicle concerns, and gathering information about the issue.
  2. Vehicle inspection: Performing a basic visual inspection of the vehicle to identify potential problems.
  3. Diagnosis and repair recommendations: Consulting with technicians to diagnose issues, explaining repair options to customers, and providing cost estimates.
  4. Repair order creation: Preparing detailed repair orders outlining necessary work, parts, and estimated costs.
  5. Communication with technicians: Clearly communicating customer needs and concerns to service technicians.
  6. Customer updates: Keeping customers informed about the progress of repairs and addressing questions or concerns.
  7. Sales opportunities: Up-selling additional services or maintenance packages as needed.
  8. Scheduling appointments: Booking future service appointments for customers.
  9. Complaint resolution: Handling customer complaints and working to resolve issues.
  10. Maintaining records: Keeping accurate customer and vehicle service history records.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is required
  • Above-average energy level
  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • ADP computer experience is a plus
