OPERATIONS

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Japanese Speaker) - Fixed-term contract, to work in a very relaxed environment and be part of a well-motivated and growing team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will gain excellent experience, which will broaden as the team grows. You will have the main responsibility to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered to both our consumers and partners through every communication channel.
