Are you a calm, capable, and highly organised individual with a knack for systems and a love for customer service?

We are Blue Bohemian, (formerly Lotus Belle Tents), an iconic kiwi owned and operated business for over 12 years. Our iconic glamping tents have featured at Coachella, Burning Man, and in luxury Airbnbs across Australasia and the U.S. We’re now seeking a NZ-based Customer Support and Admin superstar to join our tight-knit team and help us continue delivering world-class service. We have recently rebranded so its a great time to join our teamas we enter an exciting new phase

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone calls (mostly B2C with some B2B)

Manage orders, returns, and tracking through Shopify and Excel

Liaise with our warehouse and logistics partners

Maintain accurate product listings on Shopify and 3rd party channels like ETSY and Trademe and customer support documentation

Assist with admin and marketing-related tasks

Who You Are:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional customer service, admin, or e-commerce

Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, reliable and systems-driven

Calm under pressure, exceptionally well organised and emotionally mature

Fast learner of software tools (Shopify, Google Drive, inventory systems - we have 3 warehouses across the Group: USA, Australia and NZ)

Familiarity with the U.S. and Australian market is a plus

Previous experience in ecommerce or logistics support highly regarded

Need to have a passion for the outdoor retail sector and preference given to avid campers, tiny homesteaders, glampers, trampers, yogis and sports enthusiasts

Training & Work Conditions:

This is a fully remote role with comprehensive online onboarding and weekly check-ins

We use Hubstaff for time tracking and accountability

You’ll report directly to our Australian-based founder and be supported by our NZ-based director
