The Knox Hotel Employer LLC in Dallas is seeking a professional Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience as part of the Food & Beverage team. You will engage directly with guests, provide expert recommendations, and ensure satisfaction from arrival through departure.

Candidates should have luxury dining experience, strong knowledge of food and drink pairings, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior server experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, luxury or fine dining preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktail service.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor; strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; age and certifications for alcohol service.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., food handler’s permit, alcohol service certification).

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, attentive, personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Present menus, explain offerings, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and input into POS; coordinate timing with kitchen and bar.
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining quality standards and table placement.
• Upsell and contribute to revenue growth through product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas; comply with safety standards.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
