Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cocktail service in upscale settings.
• Knowledge of signature cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests from arrival through departure.
• Describe cocktails and beverage selections; recommend based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate beverage and food orders and enter into POS promptly.
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and table service throughout shifts.
