The Knox Hotel Employer LLC on Knox Street in Dallas seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and guest service excellence. You’ll lead service on the floor, coach staff, manage guest needs, and ensure adherence to The Knox service standards while remaining hands-on with service.

Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, order accuracy, cash handling, coordinating with culinary and bar teams, and upholding food safety and responsible alcohol

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant service experience, including supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to lead by example, coach colleagues, and manage guest concerns discreetly.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, service procedures and standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant service with pre-shift briefings and station assignments.
• Maintain a visible floor presence and address guest needs promptly.
• Coach team on service techniques, product knowledge, grooming, teamwork and standards.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking and staffing coverage.
• Ensure accurate order entry, check handling, and POS cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with culinary, bar, host and support teams for seamless service.
• Inspect dining room presentation, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and opening/closing standards.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Support inventory controls and supplies management.
• Uphold food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Communicate shift results and guest feedback to leadership.
• Assist with reservations, VIP experiences and private dining events.
• Participate in meetings and continuous improvement of service procedures.
