Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality environment required; luxury or fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktail service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to all guests from arrival through departure.
• Present menus, explain offerings, and make knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, cocktails, and specials.
• Accurately take orders and input into the POS system in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure proper timing and presentation of all orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while upholding luxury service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Collaborate with back servers, runners, bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless service.
• Upsell to contribute to revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
